TCCS Offers SWPP Members New Cloud E-Learning

We have some exciting news for our SWPP members. The Call Center School (TCCS), recently launched a new and inventive training platform called TCCS Cloud Learning. TCCS Cloud Learning combines our proven educational content with a new instructional approach creating an interactive e-learning platform for all of our course curriculums.

With this shift, SWPP member education benefits from TCCS have also evolved. Each SWPP member will now receive exclusive access to The Call Center School’s new Cloud Learning, which will include a set of five specific interactive e-learning modules from the WFM, Supervision, and Frontline Curriculums. These e-learning modules will be changed each year to allow for expanded knowledge. The topics available for 2014 include:

  • Calculating Call Center Staff
  • Scheduling Principles and Problems
  • Skill-Based Routing Design
  • The Power of One
  • Key Performance Indicators
